Baltic birch letters offer fantastic versatility to your next design product. With their natural finish and laser cut edge, they are perfect for rustic designs and farmhouse decor. The hardwood grain takes stain beautifully for a classic look. Birch also paints very well which allows it to fit with any style - from upscale weddings to nursery decor to professional signage and more.
This page is for individual, unfinished premium baltic birch hardwood wood letters from 1 inch to 16 inches tall (the maximum cutting size of our laser is 23.5 inches by 35.5 inches, so we can cut larger letters but we handle all oversized orders on a custom basis)
Quantity is per letter. Right now you will need to count how many letters you have and update the quantity manually.
The size you select is based on the height of the capital letters in the chosen font, so 3 inch letters can end up with a total heigh above three if you order lower case letters like g or y. Also, ordering 3 inch letters does not mean every letter will be exactly three inches tall - fonts vary and some capitals are slightly larger than others. Widths will vary according to the font and letter(s) chosen.
If you need to know exact dimensions (both height and width) please let us know when you order, or contact us beforehand and we can create a custom order for you. Unless you ask for dimensions, we will begin cutting the letters at the requested height.
1/8 inch thickness is available in small sizes up to 4 inches tall, and 1/4 inch thickness and 1/2 thickness is available in all sizes. If you need larger 1/8 inch thick letters for your project, please contact us. We make cutting decisions on larger 1/8 inch letters on a case by case basis to avoid very fragile letters.
1/2 thick letters are NOT designed to stand on their own. Letters like a "P" are side heavy and will topple. A letter like a "O" doesn't have a flat surface and will roll. But if you want stand alone letters, please contact us. We have a couple options depending on how you'd like to use them.
